To this end, they have been rushing headlong toward the conversion of Japan into a military giant and overseas aggression, throwing off its mask of "pacifist state" and openly revealing its militaristic nature.

They are nowadays pushing ahead with the scheme to introduce the new missile defense system over "threat" from someone. And they are busy with the introduction of refueling tankers, the development of early warning satellite and launch of information-gathering satellite while underlining the need to approve the exercise of the right to collective self-defence, reexamine the "three principles of arms export" and possess "capability for attacking the enemies' bases." The facts go to clearly prove that Japan is making every possible effort to emerge a military power.

Such reckless moves are arousing apprehension and wariness from among the world people desirous of peace.

The Japanese reactionaries should immediately stop the risky moves to turn Japan into a military power, pondering over what terrible catastrophe their reckless and madcap reinvasion scheme to carry into reality the old dream for the "Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere" which Japan failed to do so in the past, will bring.
