| Pyongyang, July 23 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Il, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, received a floral basket and a congratulatory letter from the Military Attaches Corps here on the occasion of the 56th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
