The school, with great interest in the training of promising footballers, gives physical education to pupils in a scientific way after selecting pupils of suitable physical constitution.

It organizes physical trainings for flexibility and skill to suit the psychological features of children so as to raise the basic technical standard of the football circle members as early as possible.

Having worked out a far-reaching training plan, the school gives theoretical lessons on rules and tactics of football game and intensifies trainings for physical and technical abilities according to the plan.

The football team of the school won the trophy cup and gold medals at the football (boy) event in the second national sports contest of sports classes of primary schools and gained consecutive victories at Pyongyang City and national football games held in recent years.

In particular, it placed first at the Pyongyang City futsal elimination game (boy) for the third national sports contest of sports classes of primary schools. The futsal game was newly added to the contest this year.
