Pyongyang, July 27 (KCNA) -- A Peruvian preparatory committee for commemorating the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung was formed in Peru with due ceremony on July 20.
Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, was elected national coordinator of the preparatory committee at the ceremony.
Discussed at the ceremony was the preparatory committee's detailed action program for significantly commemorating the centenary of birth of the President.
