An official of the factory felt uneasy about showing the working site with low shade temperature to the leader. Reading his mind, the leader looked round the working site, saying that he needn't feel uneasy.

Later, the officials and workers of the factory built a new building with much care. When the leader visited the factory again, an official guided him to the building.

The official said that the building was built with an ardent desire to see the leader in a room where fresh air and proper temperature were ensured when visiting the factory. The leader told him that this building should be used for the workers and he feels happiest to see the workers in the building good to work.

The building, therefore, became the working site.
