Reunification of Korea Supported by Mexican Figure
Pyongyang, July 30 (KCNA) -- Cuautemoc Amezcua Dromundo, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Socialist Popular Party of Mexico, released a statement on July 20 to mark the 12th publication anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's work "Let Us Carry Out the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung's Instructions for National Reunification".

The statement said that the work is an immortal library as it provided a fundamental guideline for perfectly carrying forward and successfully realizing the cause of national reunification which President Kim Il Sung, father of socialist Korea, pioneered and worked heart and soul until the last moments of his life.

In the work Kim Jong Il highly praised Kim Il Sung's great exploits for national reunification and clarified concrete orientation and ways to carry through the President's instructions for national reunification, his lifelong desire, the statement noted, adding:

He formulated the three principles of national reunification, the 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo, advanced by the President, as the three charters for national reunification and provided the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration with his courageous decision based on patriotism.

The historic declarations serve as an immutable banner and guide for Korea's reunification and as a great programme for the independent reunification.

All members of the Socialist Popular Party of Mexico fully support the three charters and the declarations and hold that Korea's reunification should be surely realized in the idea of "By our nation itself" along the orbit of independence provided by Kim Jong Il.

They also vehemently condemn the reckless moves of Lee Myung Bak, a diehard pro-American traitor and separatist, and his group of traitors that totally denied the said declarations and have driven the inter-Korean relations to the worst crisis.
