Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- A friendship delegation of the Communist Party of China led by Luo Shugang, permanent deputy head of the Publicity Department of its Central Committee, and a delegation of the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations led by Vice-President Tao Jian arrived here by air on Monday.
