Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il was presented with gifts by the delegations of the Association for Promotion of Development of Chinese Culture and the Shanghai Association for International Friendly Contact of China participating in the event of the "Day of DPRK-China Friendship--Chinese Scientific and Technological Book Exhibition".
He also received gifts from the Liaoning Association for International Friendly Contact and the Liaoning Publishing and Media Co., Ltd, China.
The gifts were conveyed to an official concerned by Bao Lixian, director of Project Planning Department who is leading the delegation of the Association for Promotion of Development of Chinese Culture, Lu Dilong, vice-chairman of the Shanghai Association for International Friendly Contact of China who is leading its delegation, and Hu Fengwei, standing vice-president of the Liaoning Association for International Friendly Contact.
