Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- The Lao government presented a pair of elephants to the DPRK on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and Laos.
A presentation ceremony took place in Vientiane on July 30.
Present there were officials of the People's Revolutionary Party, the Prime Minister's Office of the government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the People's Revolutionary Youth Union, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Laos and the Laos-Korea Friendship Association, the DPRK ambassador to Laos and staff members of his embassy.
Speeches were made there.
