Now that the worldwide information network is rapidly gaining in scope and strength through the rapid introduction of internet it is necessary to pay a great attention to strictly guarding against and checking the infiltration of undesirable misinformation spread by the imperialists through internet.

It is quite possible to frustrate the reactionary propaganda offensive of the imperialists if it is strongly countered with high vigilance.

The progressive people of the world should turn out as one in the struggle to resolutely foil the false propaganda campaign of the imperialists, establish a new and fair international information order and build a new world, independent and peaceful.
