The ship, going up and down along the Taedong River with holiday-makers on board, adds peculiar beauty to the river.

They enjoy themselves on the three-storied ship, commanding the scenery of the city.

Among the sightseers are overseas Koreans and foreigners.

The ship is furnished with various kinds of amusement facilities and mess-room serving freshwater fish dishes.

It serves various kinds of broths and dishes made with carp, mandarin fish and others caught in the Taedong River, delighting the customers.

Foreign tourists said with envy that they were happy to eat freshwater fishes caught in the clean river and that the Sindok Spring Water, Ryongaksan Spring Water and Kangso Mineral Water were so famous because of the clean natural environment of the DPRK free from pollution.

The sightseeing ship began to operate under the care of President Kim Il Sung to give pleasure and happiness to the people and the popular policies of the Workers' Party of Korea.
