The south Korean conservative ruling forces are bringing back the era of fascist dictatorship to south Korea, escalating the confrontation between the north and the south in total denial of the historic inter-Korean joint declarations. These reckless actions are touching off towering resentment and resistance among different social circles and people of broad strata.

The massive struggle being waged by public organizations and people from all walks of life in south Korea is an inevitable product of the treacherous rule of the conservative ruling forces.

The reckless actions of the fascist clique have thrown a stumbling block in the way of the June 15 era of reunification, which made dynamic progress, delayed the achievement of the independent reunification, peace and prosperity, the ardent desires of the Korean nation, and increased the danger of a war on the Korean Peninsula day by day.

It was none other than the fascist clique that restored all the repressive systems and mechanisms in the period of the former dictatorship and brutally cracked down upon not only the organizations for the reunification movement but the people who called for the elementary right to existence on charges of "resorting to "illegal violence".
