The south Korean warmongers kicked off the Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises in collusion with the U.S. This is an intolerable mockery of all the fellow countrymen aspiring after the peace and the reunification of the country and a serious military provocation against the north as it is a clear manifestation of their ambition to invade the north.

If the danger of a war is not removed from the peninsula, this may lead to the provocation of a war of aggression against the north by the bellicose forces at home and abroad any moment.

The fight between the north and the south will only bring the holocaust of a war to the Koreans while helping foreign forces to fish in troubled waters.

When a war breaks out again on the peninsula owing to the reckless military provocation by warmongers at home and abroad, this will inevitably develop into a nuclear war. The greatest victim will be the Koreans living in the north and the south. The Korean nation can never allow itself to fall victim to a nuclear war as it already experienced the disaster of a war.

The article calls upon all the compatriots from all walks of life at home and abroad who are concerned for the destiny of the country and the nation and aspire after peace and reunification to turn out as one in the nation-wide struggle to root out the source of a war from the peninsula once and for all and to preserve the peace of the country and defend security of the nation irrespective of differing ideology, ism and system.
