Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- Organizations including the Association of Reservists for Peace of south Korea held a press conference in Seoul on August 18 to assail the puppet group of traitors for working hard to revive dictatorship. The organizations in a press release referred to the recent disclosure of the fact that the "Defense Security Command" illegally kept watch on civilians, adding they cannot repress astonishment and resentment at the fact. Recalling that after Lee Myung Bak came to power he set up a system whereby he gets a report directly from the chief of the "Defense Security Command", thereby reviving the fascist dictatorship, the press release lashed out at the DSC for further intensifying its interference in political affairs as the days go by. The authorities seek through this to create a repressive atmosphere as intended by them and build a dictatorial system by setting in motion such ruling machines as the DSC, the press release noted. It urged the Lee Myung Bak group to stop the moves to revive dictatorship at once and punish those involved in the operation to watch civilians. |
