The resolution branded the treaty as an illegal and invalid "treaty" as it was faked up by the Japanese imperialists in a coercive manner after encircling the Royal Palace of the Ri Dynasty by force of arms and instigating traitors.

It accused Japan of shamelessly distorting its history and making "a claim to Tok Islet" instead of repenting of and apologizing for its criminal acts and history of aggression and, at the same time, putting spurs to the overseas dispatch of the "Self-Defense Forces", arms race and nuclear weaponization in disregard of the "Pacifist Constitution" which has existed for the sake of its form.

We will certainly settle accounts with Japan for its aggression, plunder and the state-sponsored crimes committed against the Korean nation in the past century and force it to make apology and reparation for all those crimes, it stressed.

It went on: We will launch a nationwide movement against Japan's design to seize Tok Islet and distortion of history and resolutely reject and condemn its moves for reinvasion and hostile acts against the Korean nation.

It called upon all the fellow countrymen at home and abroad to unite close as one under the banner of patriotism and turn out in the patriotic movement to defend the sovereignty of the nation and reject Japan's distortion of history and moves to grab Tok Islet and stage a comeback to Korea.
