Special Envoy Group Arrives in Pyongyang

Pyongyang, August 23 (KCNA) -- A special envoy group led by Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, which visited Seoul to mourn the death of ex-President Kim Dae Jung upon authorization of Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, arrived in Pyongyang on Sunday by special plane.
