The participants of dancing parties held in the plazas of the Tower of the Juche Idea, the Party Founding Memorial Tower, the April 25 House of Culture and the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium and other places of Pyongyang danced to the tune of songs such as "Our General Is the Best", "Youth Is Glorified under the Care of the Workers' Party", "A Waltz on Youth Day" and "Steed Girl."

The dances became more pleasant when bands played songs such as "Let's March to the Tune of Army Song", "Young People, Be Loyal to Our Party" and "Let Us Be Satellites of the Sun." The dancers looked back with deep emotion on the undying exploits performed by General Secretary Kim Jong Il and renewed their determination to creditably play the role of the young vanguard in defending the country and building an economic power.
