The Cuban party and government are channeling great efforts into bolstering up the defence capability in order to reliably protect the revolutionary gains won at the cost of blood from the U.S. imperialists' aggression. The combat capability of the Cuban army is daily growing stronger and fresh achievements have been made in the socialist economic construction and the socialist cultural construction.

The successful progress made in the revolution and construction of Cuba is the fruition of the devoted struggle waged by the party, government and people of Cuba.

The just cause of the Cuban people is sure to triumph, concludes the article.
