Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- Premier of the DPRK Kim Yong Il Monday sent a message of greetings to Al Baghdadi Ali Al Mahmoudi, secretary of the General People's Committee of Libya, on the occasion of the Day of the Great September First Revolution of the Libyan people.
Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative ties between the two peoples would grow stronger, Kim in the message hoped that the secretary would always achieve success in his work for the country's development and prosperity.
