Jon Yong Jin, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as vice-chairman of the DPRK-Vietnam Friendship Association, officials concerned and officials of the mill were also present there.

The participants were briefed on the history of the mill before going round various production processes.

They appreciated a performance given by the art group of the mill and talked to one another about the need to boost the relations between the two countries, deepening the friendship.
