Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- Premier of the DPRK Cabinet Kim Yong Il Tuesday sent a message of greetings to Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of the Vietnamese government, on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Expressing belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would develop on good terms in all fields of politics, economy and culture, Kim in the message sincerely wished the prime minister and the government of Vietnam greater success in their work for the development of the country and the improvement of the people's living.
