Among the spectators were Chang Ung, president of the International Taekwon-Do Federation who is chairman of the International Martial Arts Games Committee, Leong Wai Meng, vice-president of the federation who is secretary general of the committee, members of the executive committee, delegates of various countries and regions, Hwang Pong Yong, chairman of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee who is also chairman of the Korean Martial Arts Federation, officials concerned and working people in Pyongyang.

The demonstration group demonstrated the progress of Taekwon-Do, the orthodox martial arts of the nation, in the games including pattern, sparring, self-defense and special technique events.

The demonstration performances given by the martial arts players of the DPRK, Germany and Australia were acclaimed by the spectators for presenting peculiar technical movements of various national martial arts.
