Present there were Chang Ung, chairman of the International Martial Art Games Committee who doubles as president of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, Leong Wai Meng, vice-president of the federation and secretary general of the committee, members of the executive committee, delegates of various countries and regions, Hwang Pong Yong, chairman of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee who is president of the Korean Martial Art Federation, officials concerned, working people and youth and students here.

Hwang Pong Yong in his speech made at the gathering said that the IMAGC has achieved many successes over the past decade, expressing the belief that the committee would grow stronger to be a more prestigious international martial art organization in the future.

Norman Law, executive member of the IMAGC who is president of China Hong Kong National Martial Art Games Committee, expressed the belief that all martial art players would make positive efforts to deepen the friendship among them and develop the IMAGC.

The participants of the gathering appreciated an art performance given by the art squad of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League. They, divided into the "Red Team" and the "Blue Team," had diverse sports and amusement games.
