Pyongyang, September 5 (KCNA) -- Overseas Koreans' delegations arrived here Saturday on the occasion of the 61st birthday of the DPRK. Among them were a congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan led by Pae Ik Ju, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), a congratulatory group of the General Association of Koreans in China led by Chairman Yang Yong Dong, a congratulatory group of the International United Confederation of Koreans led by Choe Pong Gil, chairman of the United Confederation of Koreans in Russia, and a congratulatory group of the Federation of Koreans in New Zealand led by Chairman Jang Yun Guk.
Arriving here on the same day were a delegation of officials of Chongryon chapter led by Kang Myong Su, section chief of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, a visiting group of officials of the Korean News Service of Chongryon led by Vice Department Director Ro Min Ae and a home-visiting group of Koreans in Japan led by Kim Pyong Mun.
