Baguma Isoke, chairman of the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea who is director general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, addressing the seminar, said that the Songun politics of the DPRK is one for defending and achieving the independence of the country and nation, a politics reflecting the popular masses' demand and desire for independence.

The speakers said that invincible is the Songun politics based on the Juche idea pursued by General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

In the 1990s he firmly armed the entire army and all the people with the Songun idea and developed the Korean People's Army into invincible ranks, an army strong in faith through ceaseless field inspections of it, they said, adding:
