Foreign Diplomats Visit Pyongyang Textile Mill
Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- Diplomatic envoys of various countries and representatives of international organizations here visited the Pyongyang Textile Mill on Monday on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the founding of the DPRK.

They were briefed on the fact that the mill has developed into the nation's powerful textile-producing centre before going round various places of the mill.

At the end of the visit, they made entries in the visitor's book.

Liu Xiaoming, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, wrote that the mill has made a great contribution to improving the standard of people's living in the past, wishing the Korean people steady success in building a thriving socialist nation.

Valerie Sukhinin, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, wrote that the mill has turned into a modern textile-producing centre under the deep care of Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.

Sarveshwar Puri, representative of the WHO, wrote that he deeply felt that the DPRK has a rosy future as it is led by Kim Jong Il.
