The bulletin in an article introduced the long history and brilliant culture of Korea, adding:

President Kim Il Sung, the iron-willed commander, devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche till the last moments of his life.

The validity of the outstanding Songun politics of General Secretary Kim Jong Il is clearly proved by the successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong-2, the second nuclear test, powerful national power and the unbreakable single-minded unity in the DPRK.

Kim Jong Il has developed and enriched the Juche idea founded by the President and led the socialist cause to a shining victory.

The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship pays sincere tribute to Kim Il Sung who defeated two imperialisms, U.S. and Japanese, and sends the best wishes to Kim Jong Il who has firmly defended socialism of Juche.
