| Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- Raul Castro Ruz, President of the Council of State of Cuba who is president of the Council of Ministers, sent a floral basket to the DPRK embassy in Havana on Sept. 11 on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the founding of the DPRK. Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, foreign minister of Cuba, sent a floral basket to the DPRK embassy on Sept. 10. |
