The bulletin in an article recalled that the DPRK has dynamically advanced along the road of socialism over the past more than six decades and has stood an invulnerable fortress of socialism, drawing the attention of the international community.

Noting that since its foundation, the DPRK has energetically pushed forward the cause of socialism, guided by the Juche idea, the Songun idea fathered by the President, the founding-father of the DPRK, the bulletin stressed that the Juche idea in the DPRK has served as the basic line and main principle for the building of the socialist state and its activities and the Songun idea provided a sure guarantee for the victory of the cause of socialism.

The DPRK has tremendous national power, the bulletin said, and continued:

Socialist Korea is a publicly recognized political and ideological power.

The DPRK has achieved the unity and cohesion of all the people in thinking and purpose based on the Songun idea.

The Korean People's Army has demonstrated its might as an invincible army which no army of any country can match in idea and faith.

Giving a detailed account of the fact that the government of the DPRK is absolutely trusted and supported by the people, the bulletin noted that the Korean people are bringing about fresh innovations and performing exploits day by day in the drive to open the gate to a thriving nation in 2012, true to the plan and intention of Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.
