| Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- State Councillor of the People's Republic of China Dai Bingguo who is special envoy of Hu Jintao, President of the PRC, and his party on a visit to the DPRK watched the grand gymnastic and artistic performance "Arirang" at the May Day Stadium Wednesday.
