Pyongyang, September 18 (KCNA) -- State Councillor of the People's Republic of China Dai Bingguo who is special envoy of Hu Jintao, President of the PRC, Friday left here for home by air after winding up his visit to the DPRK.
Leaving with him were Wu Dawei, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Fu Ziying, vice-minister of Commerce, Qiu Yuanping, vice-director of the Central Foreign Affairs Office, and Guo Yezhou, assistant to the head of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
The special envoy and his party were seen off by Kim Yong Il, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, and Liu Xiaoming, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK.
Before their departure, the special envoy and his party visited the Tower of the Juche Idea on Thursday.
