There are two aquariums standing on both sides of the hall of its main building, which are furnished with water-filters, automatic digital temperature controllers, oxygen blowing pumps, ultraviolet sterilizing lamps and other facilities necessary for fully meeting the ecological requirements of sturgeon. They house scores of sturgeons.

The walls of the aquariums are made with acrylic plastic and have backgrounds and illuminations reminding the viewers of a deep sea, adding ornamental value to them.

The customers of the restaurant can be served on the spot various kinds of dishes made of sturgeon playing in the aquariums as they wish.

Among the dishes are cold steamed sturgeon, roasted sturgeon in tinfoil, steamed sturgeon with peppered bean paste, roasted sturgeon on skewers, sauted sturgeon skin, pepper-pot soup of sturgeon, broiled sturgeon in charcoal fire and smoked sturgeon.
