Pyongyang, September 21 (KCNA) -- Jo Il Min, chief of the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, and its staffers visited the Phyongchon Revolutionary Site Monday on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of demise of anti-Japanese heroine Kim Jong Suk.
Being briefed on the facts that President Kim Il Sung chose a site for an arms factory and clearly indicated the orientation and ways for it to follow and the three commanders of Mt. Paektu made immortal contributions to the development of the nation's defense industry, they looked round the historic relics and mementoes.
At the end of the visit, the chief of the mission noted that Kim Jong Suk dedicated herself to the building of the self-reliant defense industry and rendered her great service for developing the Korean People's Army into the invincible revolutionary armed forces.
The feats performed by the three commanders of Mt. Paektu will shine forever along with the history of the nation, he added.
