| Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- Premier of the DPRK Cabinet Kim Yong Il met and had a talk with delegations and delegates of various countries participating in the celebrations of the golden jubilee of the Foreign Trade Bank of the DPRK at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Wednesday.
