This test-fire, conducted by the Japanese Ministry of Defence after having decided to make the whole country covered with a network of PAC-3s, is a very ill-boding military move.

The ministry has already decided to deploy PAC-3s at six anti-air units of the ASDF across the country and PAC-3s were deployed in the base of the ASDF in Gakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture.

The ministry has a plan to deploy PAC-3s in Tsuiki base of Fukuoka Prefecture and Kyushu area by next spring.

The recent test-fire of PAC-3 is an indication that the moves to turn Japan into a military giant are being pushed forward in real earnest.

In other words, these moves are bringing into bolder relief the aggressive nature and danger of Japan's policy of converting itself into a military giant and increasing the danger of a new war in Northeast Asia.

The test-fire of PAC-3 conducted by Japan after deploying those missiles throughout the country under the pretext of "defence" is part of the serious scheme to turn it into a military giant for the purpose of staging a comeback to Korea.

Its theory of "intercepting missiles" is nothing but a theory of preemptive attack on the DPRK.

The Japanese reactionaries' test-fire of PAC-3 is aimed at winding up their preparations for the above-said reinvasion.

Japan absurdly claims that its manufacture, deployment and test-fire of interceptor missiles, etc. are designed to protect Japan and the U.S. from "north Korea's possible missile attack" but this rhetoric can never pull the wool over the eyes of the world community.

Japan is also crying out for examining the exercise of the "right to collective self-defence" in the direction of intercepting missiles and consolidating the "Japan-U.S. security system".

These assertions are very crafty and brazen-faced sophism intended to justify Japan's moves for militarization under the pretext of "threat" from others with the deceptive signboard of "defending Japan and the U.S."

Japan's wild ambition to turn itself into a military giant by beefing up its military forces in all aspects is now going beyond its tolerance limit. This is evidenced by the facts that Japan let the SDF whose mission is limited to "defending its territory only" carry out such an offensive mission as overseas aggression and updated its arms and equipment and commanding system and boosted its capability for joint operations with foreign armed forces, etc.

Japan is now going reckless in its moves to be capable of conducting any military operation for aggression anytime and anywhere.

The Japanese reactionaries would be well advised to stop at once such dangerous war moves as foolish an act as jumping into fire with faggots on one's back.
