Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Tuesday sent a message of sympathy to Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, President of Philippines, as regards tropical storm that hit the country recently, claiming huge human casualties and material losses.
Expressing deep sympathy and consolation to the victims and bereaved families, Kim in the message hoped that the government of Philippines would eradicate the aftermath of the disaster as early as possible.
