Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a friendly talk with a delegation of the Women's International Democratic Federation led by President Marcia de Campos Pereira at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday.
On the occasion the president of the federation praised President Kim Il Sung as the great leader of the Korean people and the progressive humankind.
General Secretary Kim Jong Il has made great contribution to the development of humankind, she said.
Noting that Korean-style socialism is a genuine society for people, she expressed the willingness to further strengthen solidarity with the women of the DPRK.
