Message of Sympathy to Indonesian President

Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Friday sent a message of sympathy to Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Indonesian President, as regards earthquake that hit West Sumatra Province of Indonesia, claiming huge casualties and property losses.

Expressing deep sympathy and consolation to the President, the victims and bereaved families, Kim in the message expressed conviction that the president and government of Indonesia would eradicate the aftermath of the earthquake and stabilize the people's livelihood in the afflicted area as early as possible.
