Noting that the Korean people call the WPK motherly party, the bulletin in an article titled "Motherly Party and Kim Jong Il" stressed that this call is unthinkable without Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the WPK.

Kim Jong Il, who regards the idea of "The people are my God" as his motto, made sure that the all-embracing politics, the benevolent politics, was adopted as the main political mode of the WPK and has led the work for thoroughly applying it, the bulletin said.

His ceaseless on-site guidance is a vivid example proving his total devotion to the people, it said, specifying the fact that he has made an endless forced march for field guidance despite bitter cold weather in midwinter and burning sun or downpour in midsummer.

It introduced the fact that Kim Jong Il has shown special care to turn the WPK into the motherly party which looks after the people's destinies in a responsible manner and made sure that the desire and demands of the people are fully reflected when the WPK draws up even a line and policy.
