Jaroslavc Kafka, chairman of the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea and the chairman of the Paektusan Czech－Korean Friendship Association, said at the seminar that in the work Kim Jong Il reviewed the great struggle and the history of victory covered by the DPRK under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and indicated tasks and ways to complete the Korean revolution under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea, the banner of Songun.

He went on:

The DPRK has turned into a political and military power capable of honorably defending the sovereignty of the country and the nation and socialism while shattering every move of the imperialists and reactionaries under the uplifted banner of Songun in view of the rapidly changing world political situation in the 1990s.

The DPRK has achieved shining successes in the political, economic, cultural and other fields by energetically conducting the 150-day campaign for building a thriving nation under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il.
