Whoever is a member of the WPK who has shared intention and destiny with Kim Il Sung and
Kim Jong Il should carry forward the sacred revolutionary cause started under the leadership of
Kim Il Sung and accomplish it under the steersmanship of Kim Jong Il without fail, deeply conscious of the noble mission he or she has assumed before the times and history, the country and the people.

The members of the WPK are called comrades of the leader. Herein lie their dignity and honor incomparable with any official post and honorary title.

The members of the WPK are the comrades of the leader closest to him. The leader makes a decision on whatever difficult task, believing in the party members while the latter regard anything intended by the leader as indisputable. This is the relationship based on comradeship existing in the WPK.

The party members are the most valuable comrades of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the ones strong enough to win the whole world.

All the victories of the Korean revolution are those of the party members, the best, noblest and most creative human beings trained by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The gate to a great prosperous and powerful nation is sure to be opened thanks to the party members.

Unshakable is the faith and will of the party members to acclaim Kim Jong Il on the highest tribune of honor of the times with the historic victory in building a thriving nation and powerfully demonstrate the dignity of the country led by him before the world.

It is the strong will of the party members to become heroes who perform feats by unconditionally carrying out whatever planned and determined by Kim Jong Il.
