The chairman of the National Executive Committee of the Polish Communist Party noted with appreciation that Kim Il Sung formed the Down-with-Imperialism Union in his early years after embarking on the road of revolution and thus provided the historical roots of building a revolutionary party. The chairman of the Group for the Study of Kim Jong Il Juche Idea of Democratic Congo said that thanks to the wise leadership of the WPK with Kim Jong Il as its general secretary, the DPRK has made steady progress forward under the uplifted banner of socialism remaining undeterred despite whatever tempest.

The vice-chairman of the International Relations Committee of the Iran Parties House introduced in detail the benevolent and all-embracing politics of Kim Jong Il, saying that the WPK has grown stronger to be the invincible militant party under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il.
