The bulletin in an article said that the WPK is a party with perfect mass foundation, adding that President Kim Il Sung built the WPK into the one with its roots struck deep among the broad masses.

It went on:

The popular masses' absolute trust and support to the party were an important factor of working such historic miracle as the DPRK's defeat of the U.S. which was superior to it in the numerical strength and in terms of military technique in the last Korean war.

The WPK could enjoy such absolute support and trust from the people because it embodied the Juche idea which calls for regarding the popular masses as the most precious and powerful beings in the world.

The maxim of the President that one always wins victory when one trusts and depends upon people but is bound to always suffer a defeat when forsaken by them has become the motto of the party. It deems it a duty to exist for the sake of the people and struggle to meet their interests and considers it as the supreme principle of its activities to steadily improve the standard of people's living.

That is why the Korean people call the WPK a mother party and turn out as one to implement its line and policies, entirely entrusting their destiny to it.

The WPK having a rock-firm mass foundation amid the absolute trust of the people will victoriously advance its cause, undeterred by any political upheaval in the world.
