It has become a trend of the situation surrounding the Korean Peninsula to settle problems through dialogue and cooperation, not by confrontation and pressure. It is needless to say that the above-said joint maneuver staged by the militaries of south Korea and the U.S in the West Sea is a deliberate provocation intended to hamstring the efforts to improve the inter-Korean relations.
