The said politics is characterized by noble human love embracing all the people with loving care and the most magnanimous patriotism closely rallying all the classes and strata of the nation for the common cause of the country and nation.

The 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation set forth by President Kim Il Sung and the five-point policy for the great national unity put forward by General Secretary Kim Jong Il clearly reflected the great all-embracing politics of the WPK for national reunification. So they touched heartstrings of all the Korean compatriots and spurred escalating the movement for national reunification to the nationwide patriotic one.

The anti-reunification forces in south Korea put a brake on the process for national reconciliation and unity seized by the narrow-minded conception of confrontation, considering the differences in ideology and system as absolute ones. But the DPRK consistently enforced the all-embracing politics with generosity and patience and made unreserved efforts for the great national unity.

The WPK's all-embracing politics is aimed to rally more people if ever they are patriotic-minded and strengthen the driving force of national reunification in a bid to achieve the cause of national reunification.

Unshakable is the stand of the DPRK to leniently treat regardless of their past those who betrayed the nation in the past, if they, remorseful of their past wrongdoings, are willing to work for the nation as well as to join hands with anyone willing to turn to patriotism under the banner of great national unity.

The reality in which the Korean people's cause of national reunification makes dynamic advance under the banner of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration overcoming difficulties and trials and all the Koreans turn out as one in the implementation of the inter-Korean declarations clearly proves the validity and vitality of the all-embracing politics enforced by the WPK.
