Displayed in the venues of the events were works of the peerlessly great persons and photos on their undying exploits, photos on the Korean people in the efforts to build a thriving socialist nation and handicrafts associated with wisdom and talents of the Korean nation.

Speeches were made at the opening ceremonies of exhibitions.

The chairman of the National Committee of the Radio and TV Broadcasting Reporters' Association of Mexico praised the 64 year-long history of the WPK which has led the Korean people along the road of victory and glory.

He said: We express admiration for the outstanding leadership ability and revolutionary faith of General Secretary Kim Jong Il and wish only victory and glory to the WPK and the Korean people.

The deputy mayor of Velingrad of Bulgaria said that the Velingrad citizens still remember the exploit performed by President Kim Il Sung for the development of the friendly and cooperative relations between Bulgaria and the DPRK. And he expressed conviction that the exhibition would show the high cultural level and development of the Korean people and contribute to developing the bilateral friendly relations.

Appreciated at the film show was a Korean film dealing with evening of "Fireworks for Building Great, Prosperous and Powerful Nation".
