The bulletin in an article noted that the U.S. and other imperialist forces are leaving no means untried to bring down socialist Korea, but the people of the DPRK remain unshaken.

The society of the DPRK is pervaded with the spirit of single-minded unity, the bulletin said, adding that the army and the people of the DPRK are united as firm as a rock around General Secretary
Kim Jong Il on the basis of the monolithic idea, faith and comradeship and the sense of moral obligation.

The single-minded unity of the society of the DPRK provides a sure guarantee for all the victories of its people as it is the most powerful and solid unity which can hardly be found in any other country of the world and remains unbreakable, the bulletin noted, and continued:

Whenever they found themselves in a grim situation decisive of the destiny of the country and the nation the Korean revolutionaries weathered difficulties with indomitable faith and will and staunch spirit of offensive, turning adversity into a favorable situation and misfortune into blessing.

The Korean people have fully embodied the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance. This spirit is the traditional fighting spirit fully displayed in the course of the protracted Korean revolution.

The bulletin carried photos showing the launching of satellites "Kwangmyongsong-1" and "Kwangmyongsong-2".
