The book "Old Story of Songdo" carries tales handed down in the areas around Kaesong, the capital of the first unified state Koryo in Korea during the periods of Koryo (918-1392) and Ri Dynasty (1392-1910). Kaesong was once called Kaegyong, Songdo, Hwangsong and other names. The book also gives data of historical mementoes and common knowledge.

Among the new books are a full-length novel "Star of Friendship", a collection of Korean folk tales vol. 2 "Khongjwi and Phatjwi" and a collection of humorous anecdotage "Speaking 'Dummy'".
