The speakers at the rally recalled that in recent years the U.S. staged all kinds of war maneuvers including Hoguk with the south Korean warlike forces to test new-type weapons for invading the DPRK and, at the same time, rounded off the "OPLAN 5029" the core of which is to "cope with emergency situation in the north".

They charged that the "OPLAN 5029" is a war plan in contravention of even international laws and it is aimed at invading the DPRK by hurling huge troops including those for special warfare and the marines.

They warned that they would never pardon the U.S. for having rounded off the plan for aggression on the DPRK despite its lip-service for "dialogue" with the DPRK and infringing upon the interests of the south Korean people to meet its own interests.

The U.S. should roll back its unjust hostile policy toward the DPRK and opt for concluding a peace accord on the Korean Peninsula and withdrawing the U.S. forces from south Korea, they urged.
