Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il enjoyed an art performance given by soldiers of a company under KPA Unit 147.

Put on the stage were chorus "Cry of Magpie in Military Post", narrative and song "Happiness of Being under Care of the Respected General", vocal solo "Soldiers Live Near the General", poem recitation "My Country", instrumental concert "My Country Is So Nice", chorus "Yebbuni" and other numbers of diverse genres.

The performers highly sang of the worthwhile military service life during which they are enjoying all kinds of happiness under the benevolent loving care of Kim Jong Il. They also strikingly demonstrated the might of the heroic KPA which has grown to be the invincible army and the iron faith and will and the militant spirit of all the servicepersons determined to readily become fortress and shield in devotedly defending the headquarters of the revolution and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche with arms.

Kim Jong Il highly praised the successful performance and extended thanks to the performers, expressing great satisfaction over the fact that the soldiers of the company gave a excellent performance with works of various themes truthfully reflecting their life.
